Ethics Virtual Patient Cases
Opportunity to use and evaluate free Ethics Virtual Patient cases: Join the Consortium. The ethics and e-Learning team at St George's, University of London (SGUL) have recently devised over 10 Ethics Virtual Patient (EVP) cases and now use some of these cases to teach ethics and law to medical and healthcare students at SGUL. The SGUL team are keen to share their resources with other individuals and instiutitions and have applied for funding to the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) to encourage wider use and evaluation of these new educational resources. Anyone who is interested to use and evaluate at least one Ethics Virtual Patient at their institution is encouraged to contact Carwyn Hooper at SGUL (email chooper@sgul.ac.uk) before the 8th May 2012. Further information about the EVP cases is available online here.
