Essay Prizes

The Institute of Medical Ethics annually awards essay prizes of up to £300 to Foundation Year doctors. Applicants are invited to submit their essays by November 2009. Successful applicants will be informed by 31 March 2010.

Further details will be circulated to individual deaneries and advertised in BMJ publications towards the end of July 2009.

Additionally, the Robert Hillman Essay Prize of £250 will be awarded to the best overall entry.
